Spruce Creek
The waters of Spruce Creek are legendary and for good reason. These spring fed waters flow through picturesque landscapes and feature a wonderful mix of pools and riffles that are perfect for fishing small dries, emergers, and small nymphs. These clear waters allow you to sight fish for large trout as they delicately sip mayflies from the surface. These pristine waters are filled with beautiful wild trout in the 12 to 16 inch range, and the decades of strict catch and release policies, combined with the nutrient rich water and diverse aquatic life, have produced good numbers of LARGE trout that can reach proportions of 8 pounds or more.
Spruce Creek trout are often selective, allowing experienced anglers the challenges of fly selection, casting, and fighting large fish on light tippets. However, these fish are not impossible and our guides will have even beginning fly fishers landing trout. Spruce Creek is a destination that is perfect for the whole family.

Two people $475 ($237.50 each)
No hidden charges! Prices include streamside lunch and free use of all equipment except waders. This includes McFarland rods, quality reels, and all flies, leaders, tippet, etc.
SPECIAL PACKAGE WITH STREAMSIDE LODGING
Our packages include everything in the day trips, plus your own private lodge on the banks of Spruce Creek. These beautiful lodges are fully furnished and feature full kitchens and baths. When your not fishing you can relax on the front porch and take in the breathtaking view of the beautiful Central Pennsylvania landscape. Along with the lodge, you will also have a beautiful stretch of some of the finest trout water in the country all to yourselves. Check-in is at 1:00pm and you can fish till dark and then enjoy a great dinner provided by us. We provide the steaks, chicken, or whatever you prefer, as well as all side dishes and beer if desired. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing in the cabin and get ready for an early breakfast of your choice and a half day fishing with check-out by noon. Multiple nights are available. These packages are a great value and are the perfect way to have a worry free trip since we take care of all the details. All you do is show up and fish!
PRICING
Pricing for these packages varies and we have special packages for large groups and corporate retreats. The price for a group of 4 is $275 per person per day. This includes your guide, free use of all equipment, a great steak dinner or other meal of your choice, unlimited beer, lodging, and a cooked breakfast of your choice. A second guide is available for an additional $150. Dates for these trips fill up fast so be sure to book as early as possible. It is best to book a year ahead, but we do have some dates available for this season. Give us a call for availability. We can handle groups of any size. If you have a larger group, please give us a call to work out the details and we will come up with a package that will meet you needs and fit your budget.
